"We were asked to meet the driver in one of the car parks. When he arrived he had to fill up up with fuel before starting the journey. After a while it was apparent that he had not had sufficient rest and had probably just finished a night shift as that was his usual practice. However he got us there in one hour and was courteous and polite so I gave him a tip.
The return journey was a nightmare as the driver did not have the correct address and even after I had given him the correct post code of the Premier Inn he took some time to eventually find us. He was incapable of using a Sat nav and got lost on narrow country lanes so the return journey took 40 minutes longer and we nearly missed our flight. His driving was fast and erratic and my wife was quite concerned. He did not get a tip and i will never use Phoenix Ground Transport again"

"Dodgy drive home not sure if he was tired as he had come from Luton. Driving on cats eyes all the time and sharp braking every time a car came the other way or a corner or hill"

"Very late pickup. Traffic was bad so may not have been fully the fault of the driver but why not check traffic conditions in advance? Paid extra for Tesla but actual car was very old with worn seats and apparently no air conditioning. Very dissapointing. Whilst I like the convenience of the booking system, no excuse for state of vehicle."
