"Very late pickup. Traffic was bad so may not have been fully the fault of the driver but why not check traffic conditions in advance? Paid extra for Tesla but actual car was very old with worn seats and apparently no air conditioning. Very dissapointing. Whilst I like the convenience of the booking system, no excuse for state of vehicle."
