"Excellent service. Even though I had to make a small change to my pick-up place with only a few hours' notice, the driver arrived on time, helped me with my luggage and drove me safely home . He was courteous and professional and we had a pleasant wide-ranging conversation throughout the journey. The car was warm and comfortable."

My only negative thing to say is after booking, we got a call the night before our scheduled pick up time of someone trying to charge us 150£ more than the website quoted us/paid for! Absolutely unacceptable. The start and end address were correct (and the calculated miles of the journey), and the person on the phone was trying to scam us into paying more than double the price we had booked because the postal code wasn’t written. The postal code however is shown when booking the address and choosing the correct city, it just wasn’t visible on the confirmation email. Horrible. "
"You never showed up. My 86 year old mother waited for you for half an hour at arrivals in gatwick. She gave up and had to take the train after that. Shame on you."
"15 mins late - called him and he said he was only going to be a few mins so I waited outside for him (it was cold) as I live in a top floor so didn’t see the point in going back upstairs. He finally arrived after 15 mins. If I had known he would be that late I would have gone back upstairs in the warm. A bit stressful when you have a flight to catch and the reason I pre booked for a way more expensive price is so I didn’t have the stress of trying to get an Uber.
Didn’t help me with taking my suitcase out of boot when we arrived at airport - not a big deal but would have been nice.
